Q: Do you service my area?

A: We service cities between Vancouver and Chilliwack. Areas outside of that will have a delivery charge. Fill in an inquiry form to get an exact quote.

Q: How many people can fit in inside the inflatable nightclub?

A: Our inflatable nightclub fits up to 45 people!

Q: What time is delivery and pickup?

A: Drop-off/Set-up: 2PM – 5PM (Day of event)

Pick-up: 9AM-11AM (Morning after event)

Q: How long is the rental for?

A: Our price reflects an overnight booking where we'll setup 2pm the day of and come back the next day for takedown around 10am. If you're planning to have the inflatable nightclub during the daytime or for set hours, the price remains the same. Overnight bookings gives you around 20 hours of time to prepare, party, and do light cleaning! Bartending services, photobooth hire, and DJ services are all priced per hour typically around 4 hours is a sweet spot.

Q: Can I eat or drink inside?

A: We encourage you to keep food and drinks outside to avoid a cleaning fee of $200. We understand attendees may sometimes forget, and we don't want to rain on your parade! As long as any type of mess is cleaned up before we arrive, you will avoid the cleaning fee.

Q: How long does it take to setup/takedown

A: Typically it takes around 30 minutes to setup/takedown!

Q: What do i need to supply for the party house / inflatable nightclub?

A: 22x20x13 feet of space, at least 3 electrical outlets (ideally on separate breakers), and friends who are ready to have a really good time!

Q: How does it work overnight? What needs to be done?

A: We have an easy switch off for all of the accessories. We will guide you through the procedure when we finish setting up.

Q: What happens if the inflatable nightclub is damaged?

A: Please read through the agreement for specifics. In essence, all damages that previously were not already there during the setup of the event, will be charged by damage value.

Q:What is the refund and cancellation policy?

A: A full refund will be given for cancellations within 14 days prior to the event. Once you are within the 14 day period, you will not be able to be refunded. Cancellations due to weather conditions are subject to rescheduling and are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are returned in the original payment method.

Q: Is there an age limit to book an inflatable nightclub?

A: The only age limit to book is 18 years of age to sign the agreement. There are no age restrictions for attendees so you can party at any age!

Q: Can I play my own music?

A: Yes! Each party house includes 2 very large bluetooth speakers where you can play your own music. Our speakers can also be connected directly to a DJ deck (Check out our DJ Services).

Q: Will I be able to book for the winter season? What about the summer? Doesn't it get hot?

A: Absolutely! Our party house is extremely insulated and works in the Canadian winters. We provide air conditioning for the summer so you won't break a sweat!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the party date?

A: A reschedule will be available for you to choose another date to your liking at no additional cost.

Q: How is the ventilation in the inflatable nightclub?

A: We provide air conditioning in the summer and there are pockets to let air circulate. The entrance also circulates are as well!

Q: Is this only for birthday parties?

A: No way! Our inflatable nightclub has been used for public events, corporate parties, weddings, and so much more. If you can dream of it, we can make it work!

Q: Does the sound insulate within the inflatable nightclub?

A: Yes! Our inflatable nightclub insulates a good amount of sound, however, if you turn the volume up it will leak out. You have control of the volume at all times so we recommend telling your neighbours if you are concerned!

Q: What if I'm not in Vancouver or surrounding cities?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: For our 50% deposit, we only accept debit/credit cards or e-transfers at this time. The remainder 50% must be paid on the date of booking when we arrive for setup. Cash may be accepted for the remainder payment as well as debit/credit cards or e-transfers.
